- 一级投资(IOBC Capital):主导 20+ 项目投资,总额超 8M。负责投前研判至投后管理全流程,其中 9 个币权项目已上所并成功退出,1 个股权项目实现 5 倍估值回购。
- 二级投资(Liquid Venture):管理基金 AUM 10M,负责投资组合管理与交易策略规划和执行,实现整体 25% 的盈利。

- Operations Management: Led market operations for 3 internally incubated projects (on-chain HK/US stock trading platform, RWA issuance & trading platform, asset management platform). Defined go-to-market strategy and implemented user growth initiatives. Built a bilingual (EN/CN) KOL network on X platform, filtering effective traffic based on performance metrics.

- 负责 Mining++ 矿机加速软件的市场运营,主导北京、成都、丽江三场大型矿业峰会参展,并成功促成与莱比特矿池的 2 年期战略合作。
- Responsible for market operations of Mining++ acceleration software. Led participation in 3 major mining summits (Beijing, Chengdu, Lijiang) and facilitated a 2-year strategic partnership with BTC.TOP.
运营主管Operations Lead
- 产品运营:主导 Axonomy 资管平台从 0 到 1 的搭建,推动 AUM 从 0 增长至 8M;先后推出基于 DeFi/CeFi 的固收、低风险套利、及 CTA 高收益产品;促成与 Whales Capital、Dequant Capital、臻云科技等多家量化机构的深度合作。
- Product Operations: Led the build-out of the Axonomy asset management platform from 0 to 1, scaling AUM from zero to $8M; launched multiple DeFi/CeFi-based products including fixed-income strategies, low-risk arbitrage products, and high-yield CTA products; established deep partnerships with quantitative firms such as Whales Capital, Dequant Capital, and Zhenyun Tech.
- 渠道运营:当时的 KOL 主要还是在微博和币乎平台,与 50+ 微博博主建立了宣发合作,与 30+ 币乎博主建立了内容合作。
- Partner Operations: Built promotional partnerships with 50+ KOL on Weibo and established content collaborations with 30+ KOL on Bihu.
